We endeavor to make the weekend accessible financially and will provide refunds up until the Pre-Registration deadline for a weekend. After this time, we are unable to offer refunds – though you may transfer your ticket to another person up until the beginning of the event unless we are sold out in which case we may connect you with someone on the wait-list to transfer your ticket to.
To request a refund, please reply to your registration confirmation email letting us know the reason for your refund request. To transfer your pass, please email us and the person your are transferring your ticket to before the start-time of the event and we will transfer your pass to them. Any transfer of payment is the responsibility of you and the person you are transferring your ticket to.
